Who we help
Three homes we work on most.
Locks are easy to forget — until life changes around them. These are the three moments homeowners call us most, and the ones where a quick rekey or a smarter upgrade makes the biggest difference.
The new homeowner
You just got the keys, but who else has a copy? We rekey every lock so the house is truly yours.
The growing family
A stronger back door, a deadbolt that finally turns smoothly, latches you don't worry about. Small upgrades, big peace of mind.
The landlord between tenants
Fast turnover rekeys so the last tenant's key is just a souvenir before the new one moves in.

Residential FAQ
Before you book
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If the hardware’s in good shape, rekeying is cheaper and just as secure. We replace only when the lock is worn, damaged, or you want an upgrade.
Can all my doors use one key?
Yes, in most cases. As long as the locks are compatible, we can key them alike so a single key opens everything.
Do you work on older brownstone doors?
Often, yes. We’re used to original mortise hardware and can usually keep the look while modernizing the security.
How long does a typical visit take?
Most residential jobs are done in one visit, usually one to two hours depending on how many doors.
