On-site · While you wait
Rekey & Key Cutting.
Old keys out, new keys in.
Lost a key, moved in, or just want fewer keys on your ring? We rekey locks and cut keys on-site, so old or lost keys stop working without replacing a single piece of hardware.
What we cut
If it has a keyway, we've got the blank.

Why rekey
New security, same hardware.
Cheaper than replacing
Rekeying changes the pins inside your existing lock. Same hardware, brand-new key, a fraction of the cost.
Done on-site
We rekey and cut at your door, not at a shop. You watch the old keys stop working.
Key alike
Tired of a heavy ring? We can rekey multiple locks to one key so a single key runs your whole place.
Lost-key peace of mind
If a key's missing, rekeying guarantees whoever has it can't get in. Replacing the lock isn't necessary.

Who we help
Three reasons people rekey.
Rekeying answers one simple question: who can still open your door? Whether you're settling into a new place, replacing a lost set, or simplifying down to a single key, we reset your locks so the answer is only you.
The new move-in
New apartment, unknown number of old keys floating around. One rekey and the place is finally yours.
The lost keychain
Keys gone somewhere on the subway. Rekey now and that lost set opens nothing.
The simplifier
Five keys for one home. We key everything alike so your ring drops to one.

Rekey FAQ
Before you book
What's the difference between rekey and replace?
Rekeying changes the inside of your existing lock so old keys stop working. Replacing swaps the whole lock. Rekeying is cheaper when the hardware’s fine.
Can you key all my locks to one key?
Usually yes, as long as the locks share a compatible keyway. We rekey them alike so one key opens everything.
Do you cut high-security keys?
Restricted keys like Mul-T-Lock or Medeco require your registration card and are cut to order. Standard keys we cut on the spot.
How long does a rekey take?
A single cylinder takes minutes. A whole home is usually done in under an hour.
New keys today?
Let's cut you a fresh set.
One visit and your old keys are history.
